5 Years!!!

I'm a little behind in blogging so here is a little summary of what has been going on in our little family.  On January 21st was our 5 year wedding anniversary and we decided to go where we spent our honeymoon in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  It was absolutely amazing! We got to stay in a condo at the Snow King Resort and was able to go snowboarding and to an amazing dinner at the Blue Lion where I tried the Rack of Lamb for the first time, and trust me, it definitely won't be the last! I loved it and it was by far the most romantic dinner that I've ever been to! I highly recommend it! We later went swimming in their outdoor heated pool while it was snowing. It was such a good time! I can't believe that it's been five years already! I love my husband more than life and I'm so blessed to have him! Lately, Peyton has been trying to crawl! She will get on her hands and knees but then get a little nervous and drop. Taylor has been drinking more out of cups then sippies and starting to talk more and more. It makes me realize how fast they are growing and it makes me sad. Valentine's Day was wonderful! Cayde and I went to the Sandpiper for......yep! You guessed it!! The Rack of Lamb!! It wasn't as great as the Blue Lion's but it was still good. We then went for a nice walk around the river and he bought me a dozen roses.  Like I said, he is absolutely amazing!! 

Our Story...

Today we decided to start a blog about our lives together.  We were married on January 21, 2006 while I was a high school senior, (no I was not pregnant at the time), I had finished all my classes and we wanted to start our lives together! Cayde was then baptized on February 7, 2006.  We were later sealed in the Idaho Falls temple on August 4, 2007.  We tried for a year to have a baby and ended up having a couple miscarriages a long the way.  October 21st will always be a day to remember for us.  Not only was it the day we found out we were expecting our first baby girl who was born on June 26, 2009, Taylor Janae Cherry, it was the same day the following year that we found out we were expecting our second baby girl, Peyton Jayde Cherry.  I was working for Rio Products in Idaho Falls when I was expecting Taylor.  After my maternity leave was up and I went back to work I found out I was expecting Peyton so we decided it was best for me to be a stay at home mom.  Cayde works as a kitchen manager.  In a week from today, we will be celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary.  We thought that it would be best to go where we went on our honeymoon in Jackson Hole, WY.  Then in the spring we will take a getaway.  I can honestly say that within the 5 years of being married, we have truly been blessed! We have two beautiful little girls, we own a home, and are as strong as ever! We are pretty excited about this blog and to share our story.  Bare with us because we are pretty new!
